Every ORÉ order is prepared with care and dispatched promptly. Below, what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING On orders over $150. Automatically applied at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING $15 flat rate. Delivered within 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

EXPRESS SHIPPING $20 flat rate. Delivered within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

All shipping is calculated and applied at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne headquarters within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves us.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order at any time through your account, or by writing to us directly.

If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please write to us and we'll look into it personally.

We deliver to PO Boxes, Australia Post parcel lockers, and business addresses. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Standard and express delivery times to regional and remote Australian addresses may extend slightly. We dispatch from Melbourne to every state and territory, and work closely with our courier partners to keep delivery as fast and considered as possible – wherever you are.

ORÉ currently ships within Australia. International shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and select international markets is in development and will be announced through our newsletter when available.

If you are an international customer wishing to order, please write to us – we will see what we can arrange directly.

Each ORÉ order is packed by hand at our Melbourne headquarters. The packaging has been chosen with the same care as the formulation – refined, restrained, and built to arrive in the condition it left us.

If your order arrives damaged, please write to us within seven days of receipt. We will resolve it without conditions.

During promotional periods and peak gifting windows, dispatch may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will note any expected delays in our newsletter and on this page when they apply.
