ORÉ is clinic-founded mineral makeup created to professional standards. While we take care to ensure product descriptions, imagery, ingredient lists, and shade representations are accurate, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, skin tone, and application technique.

Our products are designed for cosmetic use only.

Nothing on this website is intended to replace medical advice, dermatological care, or professional treatment recommendations. If you have known sensitivities, allergies, or medical skin conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Patch testing is encouraged where appropriate.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

We use trusted third-party payment providers through Shopify. ORÉ does not store your full payment details.

4. ORDERS

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe orders may be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne headquarters within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier networks, peak periods, regional locations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. ORÉ is not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND SHADE MATCH PROMISE

ORÉ’s Returns Policy, Shade Match Promise, and Care Guarantee form part of these Terms.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return unless faulty, incorrect, or covered under our Shade Match Promise or Australian Consumer Law.

Our Shade Match Promise applies to eligible first-time complexion purchases and is designed to help customers confidently find their correct match online.

7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the relevant product.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
