For twenty-seven years, I have treated real skin in clinical practice. The standard of care a clinician holds to a patient is precise: every product recommended must be the right one, every concern must be heard, every outcome must be honest.
ORÉ was built to carry that standard out of the treatment room and into your home. The commitments below are how we do it.

OUR COMMITMENTS
01 — A CONFIDENT FIRST FOUNDATION. Choosing a foundation from a brand new to you is a small act of trust. Your first ORÉ foundation can be returned within thirty days — used, unused, or partially used — for a full exchange or refund. We extend this guarantee because shade and finish are personal, and we would rather you find the right product the second time than abandon the brand the first.
02 — EVERY REPLY IS REVIEWED BY A CLINICIAN. Customer service at ORÉ is treated as clinical care. Every enquiry — about ingredients, application, sensitivities, returns or otherwise — is reviewed by a member of our team trained to clinical standards. We aim to respond within one business day, and we write back as a clinician would speak to a patient: clearly, honestly, and with the time the question deserves.
03 — THE FOUNDER READS THEM. Direct enquiries to our founder are read personally. If your question concerns formulation, sensitivity, post-procedure compatibility, or anything our team cannot resolve through standard channels, write to her directly. She reads them — and replies as time and clinical practice allow.
04 — INGREDIENT INTEGRITY, WITHOUT THE LECTURE. Every ORÉ formulation is developed to professional clinical standards. Full ingredient lists are published transparently on each product page. We are happy to discuss specific ingredients, sensitivities, or compatibility with the products you already use — but we will not frame our formulations through fear, exaggerate claims, or use the language of the clean beauty marketing industry. Clinical, considered, and honest.
05 — RESOLVED WITHOUT CONDITIONS. If something about your order, your product, or your experience isn't right — write to us. Damaged in transit, faulty on arrival, wrong item dispatched, allergic reaction, or simply not what you hoped: we resolve each situation generously and without conditions. The default posture is care, not assessment.
